The Sankofa Circle
Wednesday Wellness, held with care.
Sankofa is an Akan principle from Ghana, often understood as ‘go back and fetch it.’ It invites us to look back with care—not to live in the past, but to reclaim the wisdom, voice, and parts of ourselves that can help us move forward.
Subscription is open now, with Wednesday group sessions beginning January 6, 2027. Each month includes two live group sessions and two inspirational and motivational recordings.
This is a shared space for gentle conversation, practical reflection, and learning alongside others. The meaning of Sankofa will unfold within the Wednesday Wellness sessions. Dr. Rachael Leslie-Battle’s approach to conversation and coaching is trauma-informed: paced, choice-centered, and grounded in respect for each woman’s lived experience.
